Meet the Staff

	William Gleason Bill began his career with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche). Bill has also held management positions in finance, administration and operations. Bill is a CPA (Inactive) and has an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a BS degree in Accounting.

	Robert N. Dale Bob began his career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG Peat Marwick), has held Controllership and CFO positions in distribution and manufacturing companies, and managed his own consulting/accounting practice. Bob is a CPA (Inactive) and holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.

	Michele Gleason Michele began her career in program development and marketing in the health industry. She later directed the sales and marketing activities of the Saint Paul Convention & Visitor’s Bureau where she served local, national and international clients. Michele attended University Wisconsin La Crosse where she received her BS in Physical Education and Health Education.

	Katie Harrison Katie’s most recent experience has been in the banking industry with TCF National Bank. She has also held positions in customer service and sales. She received her BA from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa where she studied music.

	David Kay A lifelong resident of the Twin Cities, David attended the University of St. Thomas where he received his BA in Journalism/Advertising. Over the last thirteen years he has held positions in sales, sales management, and marketing in the distribution and consumer service industries.

	Nathan Metzinger Nathan received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and went on to complete Master’s studies at the University of St. Thomas. Nathan began his career in program development, training and recruiting for a local non-profit, and has since held management positions in administration and development.

	Lauri Rosvold Lauri has office management and administrative experience. In addition to her responsibilities as Office Manager, she also performs accounting, and computer systems administration. Her experience includes management roles at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and a large Twin Cities service organization. Lauri has a BA in liberal arts from Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis, MN.
